Registration Fee
Pre-registration fee is 30,000 JPY until July 1, 2018.
After July 2, 2018, the registration fee is 35,000 JPY.
This fee includes the scientific program, excursions* and meals.
* On Tuesday, July 17, morning, we are planning to view the parade of Gion Festival as the workshop excursion. We will offer free ticket of bleacher at the parade on a first-come-first-served basis. You can also enjoy the parade by self-guided tour.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration, a processing fee of 10,000 JPY will be charged. If you cancel your registration within two week of the workshop, no refund fees will be provided.
Accompanying person
The fee for accompanying persons is 25,000 JPY and includes all meals and participation in the excursions. Please be aware that accompanying persons are not permitted to participate in the scientific program. Their participation is restricted to the social program.
